Lilly loves… MUESLI fatti in casa!

ingredienti:

Buona colazione!
la mia cagnolina Lilly loves MUESLI fatti a casa! :P

muesli fatti in casa

Lately I public less recipes on my blog simply because I'm very committed for the preparation of university thesis, then I pass a lot of time on the computer for other reasons, even if the argument is always on the food industry so I stay on the subject;). But I must share with you the recipe that makes my wonderful days since the morning, without which I can not stand: the recipe for muesli homemade with dried fruit... after consuming parcels and parcels of industrial ones just to name some kind Vitalis, or Kellogg's, I thought you could do at home, resulting definitely healthier (without criticizing these big companies but you know that things are better made at home) and cheaper, so I developed this recipe that, modesty aside, it is 100 000 times better than the industry, and then emits a scent that permeates the whole house .. a wonder, in addition to being a super healthy recipe and ideal to start the day with energy!
I love muesli with dried fruit but only if you want you can enrich with chopped chocolate, raisins, desiccated coconut, blueberry caramel etc..
It 'very simple and is made in a short time ... then take a pen and paper and go to practice!

ingredients:
Spacious 2 cups of whole grains (such as Kellogg's special k)
2 cups oats (I use a mix of rolled oats and seeds of "natura sì")
1 cup dried fruit (I use almonds and hazelnuts are fine but also nuts, peanuts or whatever you prefer)
2 packets of vanilla or vanilla bean
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
recipe:

Chop the dried fruit and cereals consistency you want (I like to hear the pieces so I reduce flour) pour into a bowl, add the oatmeal and mix with the vanilla.
In a saucepan, bring brown sugar, honey and water and heat until it has melted everything.
At this point, pour the liquid into the dry and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spread well and bake at 150-160 ° x 15 min but more or less depending on the oven, bake anyway when the mixture will be golden. The smell is fantastic! Once the pan out of the oven, let it cool, and once cooled break up the compound that hardens, giving the size of the "clusters" of granola that you want, I like little ones. Once completely cooled store in glass jars or other airtight containers or bags as well for food.
In my house end up in no time because we love it! I personally eat them in yogurt but my mother also puts them in milk ... in fact I put them on ice cream too! hehe there is something for everyone from! try and ... Good breakfast!
